Biospecimen and Correlative Sciences Resources

These booklets provide valuable background information about the importance of donating specimens for research.

CALGB Strategic Planning Retreat on Biomarkers and Scientific Opportunities
On November 29th, 2007 the Biospecimen and Correlative Science Advisory Committee (BCSAC) hosted a one-day event entitled "CALGB Strategic Planning Retreat on Biomarkers and Scientific Opportunities."

A summary report describing the details of the retreat including the attendees, agenda and a summary of the group discussion and recommendations is attached below. In addition, attached below are the presentations made at the retreat by Drs. Schilsky, Bertagnolli, Febbo, McLeod, Perou, Hurwitz and Janne.
